No. Kinsight Secure™ requires consent at the device level — every member of a family group sets up their own account on their own device using biometric authentication. You cannot be added to a family group without your knowledge or installed without your participation.
Our Terms of Service §6 explicitly forbid tracking anyone who has not consented (except for minor children under your legal guardianship). If you believe you are being tracked without consent, please see the resources at the bottom of this page.
Your email address. Your family member display names (so we can put names in push notifications). Whether your subscription is active. That's effectively it.
Your messages, locations, SOS alert contents, and geofence configurations are encrypted in ways we cannot decrypt. See Privacy & Security for the precise breakdown.

Free trials select for users who want free. We'd rather have customers. Your first month is your trial — and if it's not for you, cancel anytime and you keep the month you paid for.
Yes. Cancellation stops future billing. You keep the current period through end-of-period. No retention specialist will call. No "are you sure?" five times. No discount offers to make you stay.
Encrypted, on family devices and on our infrastructure. Our infrastructure stores encrypted payloads only — we cannot decrypt them. Hosting is provided by a Germany-based hosting provider that operates EU and U.S. data centers (see Privacy Policy §5.3 for the vendor disclosure).
No. Kinsight Secure™ is a family-safety product, not a medical or healthcare product. We do not process protected health information.
Beyond what's necessary to deliver the service (relaying encrypted messages, authenticating you, etc.): no. We do not sell, monetize, profile, or train AI on your data. The architecture would not permit it even if we wanted to.
You can delete your account from within the app. Your account, your encryption keys, your family-membership record — all removed from our servers. See Privacy Policy §8.2 for your full data-deletion rights.
Android first — iOS is on the roadmap. Specific timing has not been announced.
